Shaun & Danielle at CityWide will have my business for a long time! I recently refinanced a property in a very busy and stressful time. While Shaun was also quite busy (due to being so popular as a mortgage broker!) he made the time to thoroughly discuss options to aid me toward financing with the best lender for my situation. I had sudden tight timelines on my side and the CityWide team made every effort to accommodate me – which they did! I now have my second mortgage and will happily refer family and friends to CityWide!

Working with Shaun was a great experience. Our home search was long and arduous and as a first time buyer a mortgage was very daunting. Shaun and his team took the time to explain everything and answer our endless questions. We feel we made a well informed decision that will serve us well for the term of our mortgage and are thankful for that experience with Shaun.
